The guest relations philosophy at Santa Rosa Medical Center was developed and implemented by a team of front-line associates and volunteers dedicated to improving patient and customer satisfaction. If you have a problem or concern that is not being resolved to your satisfaction, please ask to speak to the department manager or charge nurse. You may also contact (850) 626-7762, which is our 24-hour-a-day hospital hotline, and speak with the patient ambassador, the house supervisor or an administrator.

In addition, following your discharge, you may receive a survey by mail from Press Ganey about your care at Santa Rosa Medical Center. Press Ganey is an independent,
third-party vendor that conducts our survey process.
Should you receive a survey within a few weeks of your stay, we hope you will take the time to answer the questions about your experience with us. Your feedback is valued and used to recognize team members, as well as to continuously improve on the service we provide.
